Industry Excersises Project Brief

For the Industry exercises project this term students have to find a sequence from a film which can be used as a backdrop for some sort of 3d animation. The project itself will allow students to explore lighting as well as texturing and animation. By synching the animation to live footage it will give students a chance to test their lighting and animation skills and match it with the live footage. Students were encouraged to track certain points within their scene so they could follow a moving object around the live action footage.
